Complete the application on the platform and submit it by the deadline. Use the templates provided in the platform for the appendix, the budget and the list of co-organisers.
Before you submit, check that:
- Your budget is balanced.
- The appendix, budget and co-organiser list use the platform templates.
- Every requested field is filled in — incomplete applications can't be assessed.
Once your event is accepted, the platform is where you keep everything moving with the CSF and the Monte Verità event office: participant lists, bedroom bookings, meals, the excursion and social dinner, and the technical requirements for the conference rooms. The platform also generates name badges, certificates of attendance and travel-refund receipts from the participant data.
